Important Guidelines

Here’s what you should keep in mind before the big day

• All items except balloons are rented and will be collected within 48 hours of the event.
• A steady power supply is essential; delays due to power issues are beyond our control.
• Please provide a stool or ladder if necessary for setup.
• Our team is responsible only for the setup, not post-party cleanup.
• Clients are liable for any missing or damaged rental items and charges may apply.
• Final payment must be settled immediately after setup — our team won’t stay till the event concludes.
• Accepted payment methods include Cash, UPI, and IMPS only. We do not accept NEFT, RTGS, cheques, or PDCs on the event day.
• Permissions or royalty/venue fees from the venue are the customer’s responsibility.
• We aim for 80-90% decor accuracy, considering venue, lighting, and space variations.
• Any additional decor elements outside of the listed inclusions will incur extra charges.
• Transport charges vary depending on the party location.
• Unforeseen delays due to weather or natural issues may occur, but we strive for on-time service.
• If you choose a custom Pinterest/Google design, we'll replicate it with 70-80% accuracy, depending on materials.
• Please report any service issues during the decoration slot for immediate assistance.
